Product characteristics:

Sealant used is a kind of flow, or it can squeeze of amorphous materials, can fill in the enclosed embedded seam, can rely on drying, temperature, solvent evaporation, stable chemical crosslinking and substrate binding, and gradually shape become solid, viscoelastic plastic state or elastic sealing material. In order to ensure the sealing function, sealed glue should possess the following basic features:

1. Good embedded fill, squeeze construction, storage stability, non-toxic or low toxic;

2. For liquid, gas and other medium to low permeability;

3. Able to bear joint displacement and with the telescopic movement and deformation;

4 .In the joint subjected to repeated after deformation, which can guarantee sufficient to recover its performance and shape;

5. There is enough strength, can withstand the stress;

6 .And bonded joint base stability, not stripping and degumming;

7.Not all landowners not excessive softening under high temperature, low temperature embrittlement;

8.Not pulverization, cracks, dissolve or excessive contraction, have enough life;

9.Wear-resisting, puncture resistance, corrosion resistance, rolling resistance

Method of application:

1. Surface cleaning: sizing surface must be kept clean and dry, remove may affect bonding or sealing effect of corrosion, rust, pollution, oil pollution, etc.;2. Size: according to the need for different thickness of glue, turned on (or cutting) hose blocks, best according to sizing the size decided to cut the size of the hose size, put the liquid into has clean surface, uniform distribution, will be folded sticky surface fixed;3. Curing: place the pasted components in smooth place, before curing don't move, environment temperature and humidity, different curing time. General table dry 5-30 minutes, 24 hours after thoroughly to strength, not completely cured before please do not stress;4. After the completion of the operation, the glue should immediately tightened, not use up blocks, sealing preservation.

 Storage and packaging: 

1. This product has organic solvent, it will release organic solvent solidification process. So please keep away from fire origin, and operating in ventilation.2. Stock in cool, well-ventilated place (under 25°C). Storage life is 6 months (25°C)3. Avoid falling, upending, sun and rain during transportation and storage.
