Product introduction:

  SY-141 is a single component of high strength, rapidly heat curable epoxy resin adhesives, the shear thinning viscosity characteristics and no volatile applicable in the stencil printing, the shape is very easy to control, and good heat resistance, at the same time without any solvent, in full compliance with the requirements of environmental protection.

 

 Typical uses:

Before the wave solder bonding surface mount components on printed circuit boards, suitable for use in high-speed SMT dispenser or stencil printing (squeegee) use, requires a high wet strength, high electrical performance of the occasion. This product is a particularly good adhesion to difficult to stick components, for example: the transparent glass diodes.

Storage method:

 Unopened products refrigerated in a dry place 2-10 °C, the first return to room temperature before using. Product storage period of six months (subject to the date of manufacture).
